Advice comes pre-packaged by the same industries it’s meant to restrain. What you were told was healthy was often what was profitable.
Health sovereignty is the willingness to take responsibility for the temple you were given. It is the patience to learn what your ancestors already knew: eat food, move daily, sleep in the dark, stand in the sun, breathe deeply, fast sometimes. It is not a biohack. It is a return.
